Sandra Van Gilder is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She owns a physical therapy clinic where she has developed her holistic, whole body approach for helping women with pelvic floor dysfunctions. Her passion is to educate women that incontinence is NOT a normal part of aging or postpartum life.  

Sandra’s diverse experiences as a physical therapist, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor have helped her to create unique functional programs for women. These programs focus on pre & postpartum fitness, preventing & reversing pelvic floor dysfunctions, all while correcting posture, and managing lower back pain-sciatica-and other aches and pains that women have. 

 She is an international speaker for the IDEA World Convention, IDEA China Convention,  and the Weston A. Price Foundation. She lives in San Diego with her two daughters and husband.
